Responsibilities

You will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention at every stage of the relationship.

Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years proven experience in a software or technology company is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, consultative approach to client handling.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Highly energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all client interactions.
